Services

OneStack provides custom-built business systems including websites, web applications, internal tools, and integrated technology solutions. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in an individual project agreement between OneStack and the client.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment as outlined in the project agreement, all intellectual property rights for the custom work produced transfer to the client. Until final payment is received, OneStack retains ownership of all work product. Third-party licenses and open-source components remain subject to their respective terms.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules, amounts, and methods are defined in each individual project agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services until the outstanding balance is resolved.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
